I am passionate about Upledger Craniosacral therapy. I first discovered the benefits of Upledger Craniosacral Therapy whilst having treatment on myself for Menieres Disease, I was amazed by the dramatic effect it had upon me. After attending an introductory weekend in Upledger Craniosacral Therapy I left wanting to learn more and felt inspired to train as a Craniosacral Therapist

I am fully qualified Upledger Craniosacral Therapist and a member of the Upledger Craniosacral Society. I have taken further training in Paediatric Craniosacral Therapy. I have worked as a therapist on intensive integrated Craniosacral Therapy treatment programmes including treatment in water and also with retired from duty members of the Police Force and Armed Forces with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder ( PTSD )I help as a teaching assistant for Upledger Craniosacral Therapy training courses. I also run Introduction to Craniosacral Therapy courses for people who would like to learn more about this amazing therapy.
